The disturbance was stopped for sometimes after international instances interference . It began again on Friday February 11 , to avoid news about Mousavi , Karoubi rally on Monday 14 February . Max Headroom WTTW Pirating Incident - 11/22/87 (Subtitled)
On a late-November evening in 1987, two Chicago television stations were victims of a broadcast signal takeover.
After an earlier hijack attempt on WGN-9 during the 9:00 News , a broadcast on WTTW-11 of the Doctor Who episode "Horror of Fang Rock" was interrupted by a man wearing a Max Headroom mask. The crazed person uttered mostly gibberish and bashed the Chicago Tribune and its subsidiaries, before he dropped his pants and was spanked by what appears to be a child. 90-seconds later, the program returned to normal. To this day, he remains at large.
This is a subtitled version of the original footage added as a courtesy due to the low audio quality of the recording. This is a rather old version, eventually I will add new annotations in response to how some of the audio was interpreted.
Thanks to a new video with the audio cleaned up, I've found out that he is indeed saying "I still see the X". And the person with the flyswatter is the one who said "Bend over Bitch".

The ITN Evening News broadcast in the Berkshire and Hampshire area (Southern UK) was hijacked (in audio only) apparently by a being from space called "Vrillon" (but... even though it was severely altered electronically, a distinctly British accent is obviously present in the voice! :P)
Even though The IBA and other relevant authorities investigated, the person/people behind this were never identified
Vrillon, a purported representative of the Ashtar Galactic Command, was the name used by an unidentified voice who broadcast on the Hannington transmitter of the Independent Broadcasting Authority in the United Kingdom for six minutes at 5:10 PM on Saturday November 26, 1977.
The voice, which was disguised and accompanied by a deep buzzing, broke into the broadcast of the local ITV station Southern Television, over-riding the audio signal of the early-evening news from ITN to warn viewers of "the destiny of your race" and "so that you may communicate to your fellow beings the course you must take to avoid a disaster which threatens your world and the beings on other worlds around you".
As the broadcast did not affect the video signal, it was difficult to detect its source, and the transmission disappeared at the end of what sounded like a prepared statement. Most observers have concluded that the broadcast was a hoax, achieved by directing a powerful signal at the Hannington UHF transmitter.
At the end of what engineers later described as a "rogue transmissio, as the signal faded back, short bursts of the adverts playing after the news bulletin can be heard, then the Southern TV ident music, then a Looney Tunes cartoon, the Art Davis cartoon "The Goofy Gophers".
The broadcast is presently a footnote in ufology and does not represent a particularly significant development in pirate television broadcasting, supplanted largely by the boom around 1984.

This was a television broadcast interruption,
breaking into WGN-TV and WTTW on November 22, 1987 during a
doctor Who viewing that continued for a horrifying minute
and a half.
The person on camera was never found.

This irritating electric noise is a Russian radio broadcast over a certain
frequency, constantly, non stop, 24-7 since alteast 1982.
The wierd part isnt the tone, its what happens when it stops...
in its 20-something year run, the sound has been interrupted only three times,
the earliest known time being Christmas Eve in 1997.
Each time a voice comes on and lists several Russian names
and numbers before returning to the foghorn.
It gets even wierder when you realize that the sound isnt a direct signal,
infact its broadcasted through a microphone,which means its actually a live
sound in a room.
Every so often, conversations can be heard in the background, though
they are difficult to decipher.

The backwards radio station.
As you can probably tell, its not actually a backwards radio station,
its a name attributed to it.
Just like the UVB-76 the signals reason is unknown, simply being played
non stop for years on end.
Strangely, the signal is played in 2 frequencies, one from America
and one from europe.
Some people have put MAJOR effort into determining the true reason for the
noise ,but to no avail.
Remember, behind every large scale radio signal, there is an excessive
amount of electricity,cost and equiptment being used, so there must be a reason
