מדובר בסרטימר נטו שלא מחדש דבר מלבד מה שכבר היה כל הזמן 
הדבר היחיד שהוא תומך ב ULTRA HD 4K
הרוקו 4 מציע ULTRA HD 4K
אין לו טיונרים והוא לא ממיר לוויני הוא סטרימר פשוט 
יש לו גם תוכנות ופליקציות 4K יותר מאשר המתחרים שלו
בשלט אפשר לחפש ערוצים ותכנים באמצעות פקודת קול
בשלט יש גם אוזניה לשמיעה אישית בכדי לא להפריע לאחרים 
מאוד יעיל למי שצופה בסקס והתיאש מאשתו.
הוא לא מי יודע מה אינטראקטיבי  ואין לו משחקים כמו שיש לממירם אחרים
יש לו מעט תוכן 4K ואין הרבה תוכן אולטרה HDכרגע .
 אין טעם לקנות סטרימר יותר יקר רק בשביל האופציה הזו כי כרגע כמעט ואין תכנים
ואם אין טלוויזיה ULTRA HD כרגע אז חבל לקנות ממיר כזה 
הרוקו הוא ממיר מסדרה מצלחת של ממירים והוא וותיק יחסית בתחום 
יחד עם זאת יש לו תחרות גדולה מאוד מכל הסטרימרים האחרים
הרוקו נותן תחרות קשה לכל המתחרים 
החברה במרוק הייתה חברה ישראלית והמפתחים שלה היו ישראלים 
הם לא לא שולחים לישראל את הממיר וניתן לקנות רק בתוך ארה"ב בלבד
ככה שזה לא רלוונטי לישראל או לישראלים ואין תוכן בעברית
