Only 23 of the nearly 60 Tomahawk missiles hit their intended targets at Syria’s Shayrat airbase Thursday night, according to the Russian defense ministry. The airstrike caused at least 7 deaths. Russia’s military did not use their S-400 missile defense systems to retaliate, but announced that they will suspend their information-sharing with the US.
