Israel’s Combat Guard 4×4 was first revealed last year at the Eurosatory defense and security show in Paris. The Combat Guard is most likely going to be one of the replacements of the world-famous Humvee which has been in service for quite a while in various countries. While Humvees are being sold cheap online today, the 54-inch tires massive 4×4 is getting more and more popular. Designed by Israel Military Industries (IMI), the Combat Guard is not only an imposing war vehicle with three feet of ground clearance but it comes with plenty of tech. Even though it can keep its eight passengers safe against high level of ballistics through its monocoque capsule, it remains very capable and fast. This 8 ton behemoth is able to reach speeds of 150 km/h on road and 120 km/h off-road.

Израильская компания Israeli Military Industries разработала новую машину для нужд армии, которая называется Combat Guard. Бронированный, четырехколесный Combat Guard имеет мотор General Motors Diesel мощностью 300 лошадиных сил и без труда проедет сквозь толпу зомби, если до этого дойдет. Кроме этого броня защитит автомобиль от мин, огнестрельного оружия и самодельных взрывных устройств. Внутри машины с относительным комфортом смогут разместиться до восьми человек. Для дополнительной защиты Combat Guard оснащен электронной системой Bright Arrow, которая способна отклонять или уничтожать самонаводящиеся снаряды до того, как они достигнут цели. Максимальная скорость автомобиля по шоссе составляет 150 км/ч, а по пересеченной местности снижается до 120 км/ч. Также машина может спускаться под уклоном в 70 градусов, форсировать реки, глубиной до полутора метров и преодолевать препятствия высотой до 75 см.
