What I think of: the US > Iraqi Army -> ISIS -> Hezbollah
1) Americans gave them to the Iraqi Army
2) The Islamic State of Iraq and Al Sham captured it from he Iraqi Army
3) Hezbollah then captured them from ISIS
they are Iraqi Hezbollah a newly formed army trained by Hezbollah and Iran
that is the flag of a militia trained by Hezbollah fighting in Iraq. every member of the militia is an Iraqi however except for the advisers and trainers which are from lebanon
hezbolah capture lots of USA weapons in fights with isis ....isis get nice amount of freebes from usa thru "capturing" "abandoned" iraqy military bases without any try of fight from iraqy side.iraqy oficers just order soldiers to take civilian clothes and leave bases empty,than isis come and take lots of usa heavy weapons prepared for them ,then they instantly transport that weapons in large convoys and in live streams ,in syria and usa dint do shit to stop them....they just find a nice way how to avoid international judgment if they send heavy weapons direct to anty syrian fighters...in this case isis ...now isis have more usa weapons than any other army in region and usa newer bombard not even 1 peace of that equipment with lots of tracking devices on them...usa on every dron shoot they publish,show us how they bombard some empty buildings,some crap cars but not even 1s how they shoot a "captured" tank or any other usa made weapons ...hezbolah and syrian army fight against them and ofthen they capture lots of that usa weapons and they just reroll them to fight back isis and other "unarmed civilian rebels and fighters " .....
