if you use e2 its more complicated! the port is 8001 and not 4000 but you need to give channel info too.
the info you need to add can be found in your settings from dreamset
example:
http://your.reveiver.ip:8001/1:0:1:2262:438:1:c00000:0:0:0:

ותבחר START SRTEAMING
תפתח את תוכנת VLC
תבחר תרשום את מספר ה IP שלך ואחכ פורט 4000
http://your.reciver.ip:4000

יש לך IP כזה
191.168.1.9
אז זה יוצא
191.168.1.9:4000
