I recently joined as a model on the site. On the first day, after my first stream, I checked my earnings. I made $49 on March 26th. When I went to view that day again, at a later date, $43 of my earnings had been deleted or removed! Luckily, I had downloaded the detail of earnings file while on the 26th. So I have a copy of who paid me what. I tried to reach out support. They told me how to navigate the report page. They think it is me not knowing how to view the correct date! I emailed them again with my attached original earnings statement. I still have no answer for where my money went or why it is missing! My earnings is already after th 65% cut they take straight off the top. It's too much to take. Also, I have yet to see it listed in the agreement that they will take 65% from every tip. The show times are also skimmed from the top. This means in my account I list my show as 2.99 per minute and see it as only that. but what the customer sees is actually 4.60 per minute. They skim the 65% difference without showing it listed anywhere! I also have yet to receive any kind of 1099 form. Since they are paying my a 35% commission from my sales I need to have their business EIN for my taxes. I would really avoid this site. Very unprofessional. I am concerned that if they didnt flat out take my earnings from March 26th then perhaps they were hacked!!

Very lousy customer service. I prefer to remain anonymous, but I am willing to explain all the details of what happened to me. I do not recommend this site from a performer standpoint. I cannot speak to efficacy of their customer service for paying customers. I do know that they seem to have changed their Proof of Address regulations because I created an account several years ago, never spent enough time on the site to be paid as a performer and then left for about 2 years. I recently tried to reactivate the entire account and get it running again. Their rules for Proof of Address state that they must have a copy of the PO Box Agreement with the Post Office because I have a P.O. Box as my mailing address since about 1975 (yeah, for real, since 1975). Please keep in mind that the form that the USPS uses, called 'Customer Agreement for Premium PO Box Service Additional Services' is an internal USPS document which is an application form, not a contract as Streamate 'requires'. The actual form used by USPS when you submit a request for a P.O.Box is again, used for the USPS, and is not a contract. I have submitted the list of payments made to USPS going back to 1998, as well as several letters sent to me at the P.O. Box from a local municipality as well as my driver's license which is state-mandated to have ONLY my physical address (where I do NOT receive mail) but yet arrives in my P.O. Box after renewal (amazing trick, eh?). Performer support seems to be run by several different people, some answers are short and snippy, others simply are vague and it is quite obvious that they refuse to actually see that they are NOT applying KYC regulations properly. Streamate does NOT need a contract from the USPS because several other services that I use are fine with a copy of my driver's license and the payment list from the USPS. Streamate does NOT need to know my physical address to send me payments. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE CHOOSING THIS SITE EITHER AS A CUSTOMER OR PERFORMER.

Do not use this website. They scam you out of money. They claim that because there is no contract that everyone is on the website as “at will” meaning they can close your account at anytime for any reason. I have had two instances with them. The first time I actually timed with an actual timer how long the show was and their time was faster than my time, meaning they didn’t give as much time as they should. Because I questioned this they disconnected me. Then a second time I used a different email and despite making purchases and having saved items, paid items, in my inbox , due to the fact that I was not logged in within six months, they once again disconnected me saying “archive“ anyone at any time for any reason. He claims that once you are “archived“ you cannot get out and you cannot get access to anything that was on your page or in your emails or correspondence that you had with any of the women, even if you paid the website. When repeatedly asking for a supervisor or a manager or anyone in a higher position than him he told me that they do not escalate and customer service. I asked what he meant by that and he did not reply. I asked for anyone’s contact information that could possibly help and he would not provide that information either. They have no customer service zero, they say to keep sending emails to someone who does not respond back that there is no phone numbers no managers no bosses nothing that they can do to help and they say just to keep sending emails over and over and over how stupid do they think that we are? I am baffled that there is someone that owns this company and does not care that it is ran horribly that there is no managers or help and that there is no customer service whatsoever

Performer support really sucks they do not respond to emails and yet have a 24/7 phone number for customers. Performers need assistance too especially new ones I haven't received any updates regarding payment which is being held even though I have uploaded necessary documentation to receive it I have emailed the support email several times and haven't heard back from them it has been a week they guarantee a response in two days.

I think Streamate.com is a joke and everyone on that site should leave. The customer service reps are horrible never ever ever contact live chat support they're a joke and will ban you even if you are asking about why you are not receiving any SMS notifications. I did that and was banned. I have also been marked down as a fraud/committed fraudulent charges even though it was my credit/debit card they blocked my ****** as well I called them and they said as long as I stick to the one account I'll be fine and I was until I contacted Live chat support who immediately banned me and when I called the headquarters in Seattle they then told me I was banned 3 days after they told me that I was okay to be a member as long as I stuck with the one email. Yes I made multiple accounts and that was only so I could try to have a civil conversation with them but the Live chat support doesn't know what civil is and they will ban you just for saying Hi and being polite. My advice is don't be a part of Streamate.com they are the Hitler of cam sites if you don't fall in line then you are an outcast and are banned for entirety.

RIP OFF!!! RIP OFF!! RIP OFF!!! Streamate.com come SUPPOSE to give you a 30 second preview and if you do not like the performer you can exit at no cost... That is excellent! Because I don't want to be ripped off by any performer if I'm going to pay to see them perform. Streamate.com also has a tab that says recent purchases to help you keep up with your purchases and the performers that you payed to perform... which is also great... My problem with Streamate.com is that I KNOW there has been times where I didn't stay 30 seconds and they ended up charging my card for 31 seconds! I didn't stay because i felt like the performer was lazy, they were trying to waste time, or they were asking for more AFTER I got in the private show. I've screenshot all the charges and I'm going to keep the for my records. I advise any of the users of Streamate.com to check their recent purchases to see if this is happening to them. What a RIP OFF!

I received an account via an agreement between Twistys and Streamate. I was browsing, and notice several recording of models: ******* ****** ********** ********** ***** ********* *** ********* ***** ******. I reported them as potentially fake to the support line and I received an email from them stating that I was refunded my money, and I would no longer see these models. Come to find out, I've been "permanently block by this performer." by all three, which are still operating nearly 24/7. As a customer, I wouldn't recommend this site, because the first thing they ask you for is documents for identity, statements and signatures, otherwise they block the account permanently, are you kidding me, there are tons of websitetes that wish to add a customer , I would never recommend this site .
