The most important differences (which are now available to us) that the Vu+Ultimate has three tuners, the latest powerful CPU as I hear support PIP (SD),more RAM memory(duo 384mb-512mbon ultimo) and less than 1 GB of flash memory!
Also there is a difference in design and to hear and remote control, but to secure the information we need to wait for everything to be official!
