Q. What payment methods do you accept?
SATWORLD@WINDOWSLIVE.COM
We accept Paypal as payment method.
Q. What equipment do I need to use the card sharing service?
All you need is a satellite dish pointing at your desired provider (ie. SKY UK) a Dreambox, PC or similar running CCcam and a broadband connection, all connected up.
Q. Do you send me a card for my receiver box?
No, once you completed your order, we send you a single line of code which you insert into a file or the file itself you place on your receiver in the MGCamd or CCcam setup. This tells the receiver where in the world our servers are and how to communicate with them.
Q. How does card sharing work?
Card sharing is a method by which independent receivers obtain simultaneous access to a pay television network, using one legitimate conditional access subscription card. Typically, the legitimate card is attached to a personal computer or Dreambox which is connected to the Internet, and is configured to provide the legitimately decrypted control word to other receivers who request the information. This decrypted control word is then used to decode an encrypted conditional access service, as though each other receiver were using its own subscription card.
Q. Can I receive all the packages listed on your website?
You can receive only those channels that your satellite dish is able to receive. If you have a motorised system with a dish of a suitable size then it may be possible to receive all of the packages listed.
So, for example, if you have a receiver setup to receive Sky UK and you can receive the channel signal to your receiver box, but just get a blank screen when viewing them because you dont have a Sky subscription, our service provides the subscription to view the channels.
Q. What image do you recommend using on a Dreambox?
We recommend the latest version of NewNigma image due to its reliability and its perfect compatibility for camd protocols.
Q. What softcam do you recommend using on a Dreambox?
İf your box is able to support, We recommend you using the mgcamd 1.3.5A to connect to the card sharing servers. Instructions on setting up MGCAMD can be found in the MGCAMD İnstallation İnstruction section.
Q. Which of the softcam emus do you support currently?
We support MGCamd at the moment.
Q. Can I use a receiver other than a Dreambox?
You can use any receiver including PC based TV Cards that is compatible with MGCamd… Please check with the manufacturer of your receiver to see if your box supports MGCamd before joining the service.
Q. Do you offer a cheaper alternative with less packages, e.g. just for Astra2?
We do not offer single packages, we offer 1, 3, 6 and 12 months subscription pplans including the full package.
asd
Q. Will you send me the newcamd.list file?
Yes, we would send you the newcamd.list file to connect to our servers which needs to be inserted exactly as sent into the Keys directory located on your receiver.
Q. Can I re-share a C: line or use it on more than 1 receiver?
No. The CW: line supplied will work only on 1 receiver at a time. Using the same CW: line on another receiver will cause the service to be very jumpy and impossible to watch.
Our server monitors the amount of requests in a set period of time and if it detects that you have tried to share the same line of code with another receiver, it may disconnect you from the service with no chance of a refund because you have violated the server’s terms and conditions.
Q. Some sites advertise no freezing but I sometimes experience problems with the picture freezing or gittering. Is there anything I can do about this?
Pay TV services operate an encryption policy that requires your receiver to retrieve a new decoding word every few seconds. This does not involve a particularly large amount of bandwidth but it is time critical. Therefore, if one of these message is lost due to delays on the Internet, congestion on your line, or congestion at your ISP it is possible that your picture may freeze or become blocky for a few seconds.
To ensure you are receiving the best possible result from our service we would recommend that you do not run any other software on your home network at the same as you are watching television. If your connection to the Internet is busy downloading or for some other reason then this is likely to affect your viewing pleasure.
Note also that you can only use your line on *one* receiver at a time. If you try to use it in more than one receiver at the same time then the receivers will conflict with each other and cause similar freezing problems.
Q. How about internet connections?
We definitely recommend a broadband internet connection of at least 700kbps.
You will need your device connected to the internet all the time that you are watching TV for your service to work correctly.
Q. Do you have a Privacy Policy?
Yes we most certainly do, check out terms of use and Privacy Policy sections.
