When the bootloader is corrupted, and there is no way to boot the Relook/Mutant, a JTAG flash can bring your receiver back alive.
There is now a JTAG program from DGS that runs on a Windows PC.
Here's a description of how to use this program with a 200/300/400s:

The pdf file that comes with the jtag program will give you all the settings, etc. Read it first!

This will also give more detailed information of what is described here.

Double-click on 'porttalk.reg' to register porttalk.
Open an cmd Window (Startmenu, run... cmd [enter])
Go to folder 'c:\jtag' (cd c:\jtag)
On 400s Type: AllowIo.exe /a Jtag.exe -m Relook400s
On 300s Type: AllowIo.exe /a Jtag.exe -m relook300s
On 200s Type: AllowIo.exe /a Jtag.exe -m relook200s

After running jtag, you will get a message with ' == ' signs indicating the progress.
If it stops before reaching 100%, try playing with the delay settings or using a shorter cable.
If you haven't quit your windows session and you want to try to flash again, just type: jtag.exe with all the switches. (You don't need to start portatalk because it is already running!)
You can now reconnect your box and use usb or serial flash to upload a suitable bootloader (hold power button in on switch on for 400s to get usb upload). You can then flash your image.
